My family does a drawing every year, and I haven't participated in a few, so I decided to give it my best effort and make some models.
The first was for my oldest sister, the floating Mario head at the beginning of Super Mario 64 by Pixel-Kakashi.
The next was for my cousin, Kanada's bike from AKIRA, by Brad Tate.

M-O from Wall-E
I found this at Paper Replika, and thought I'd give it a try. Not bad if I do say so myself. The video quality sucks because I was using something called buru instead of AnimatorDV Simple, and the lighting was white fluorescent.

AnimatorDV Simple test drive.
This is a little movie that I made with a paper model I'd been working on, I had just downloaded the free software AnimatorDV Simple from the AnimatorHD site, and spent about 30 minutes taking it for a spin using the stop motion feature.
I also had to stop for a bite to eat, so I tried out the Time Lapse option.
